Australia’s Department of Home Affairs has approved Easy Payroll Global (EPG) for an on-hire industry labour agreement governed by Migration Act 1958.
The difficult-to-attain labour agreement provides EPG clients with a viable means to attract and keep skilled overseas talent in Australia, along with an alternative route for overseas businesses looking to invest or expand into Australia without the complexity of setting up a costly local entity.

Already a leading staffing supplier in Australia for all industries and workforce sizes, EPG is authorised to provide staffing services through its state-based labour hire licences currently required in the state of Queensland and soon also in Victoria, where administrative provisions under the scheme have begun.
Protecting vulnerable labour hire workers from exploitation and regulating the provision of labour hire services has become a focus for Fair Work Australia following high-profile underpayment cases in the media.
“If you’re supplying workers to work for another business or person, you should consider whether you’re operating as an official labour hire provider. If you are, you need to be properly licensed; it’s as simple as that,” says EPG’s Chief Executive Officer Craig Tognolini.
“Our aim is to build innovative solutions for complex workforce challenges and enable true global mobility. This latest on-hire industry labour agreement will facilitate this.”
